By using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Janguea. 1. You also acknowledge that we may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of any modifications. 2. Description of Service Janguea is a platform designed to help users discover locations such as restaurants, beaches, rivers, monuments, and events within Puerto Rico. The Service is provided "as-is" without any warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information. 3. User Responsibilities You must be at least 16 years old to use Janguea. You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. You must not engage in activities that disrupt the functionality or security of Janguea. You agree not to impersonate another person or provide false information. 4. Intellectual Property The Janguea name, logo, and all associated content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent from Janguea. 5. Business Listings and Events The information about locations and events is curated, but Janguea does not guarantee its accuracy. Business owners may submit their locations for review, but Janguea reserves the right to accept or reject submissions. 6. Analytics and Data Collection Janguea collects analytics to improve user experience, using PostHog to track user sessions, visited locations, and searches. We do not collect emails or personally identifiable information. Analytics are used solely to enhance app functionality and optimize user interactions. 7. Limitation of Liability Janguea is not responsible for any issues, damages, or losses incurred while visiting locations listed in the app. The Service is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality. We are not liable for third-party content or links displayed on Janguea. 8. Third-Party Links and Advertisements Janguea may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
